Apple Juice

Apple Juice
We press our apple juice in small batches each fall from a diverse selection of heirloom varieties grown in our tall-trunk meadow orchards. The juice is minimally processed to preserve its flavor and nutritional content, which, together with the richness and character of the heirloom apples, gives our juice a depth of flavor and body not found in commercial products.
Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar
Our production of apple cider vinegar goes hand in hand with the pressing of apple juice each fall—we make our vinegar from the pulp and residual juice left over from the pressing process. Our vinegar is special in that we use apple pulp as a primary raw ingredient (most vinegars use pure juice). Together with the heirloom varieties' vibrant flavor and a slow fermentation all winter long, this gives our vinegar a smoothness, gentleness, and complexity not found in conventional vinegar made only from fermented apple juice.
St. John's Wort Oil

St. John's Wort Oil
Saint John's Wort oil is an herbal product made by infusing the flowers of the Saint John's Wort plant in a carrier oil, traditionally used in Slovenia to heal skin relieve joint and nerve pain. We make our oil from St. John's Wort flowers hand-picked from meadows on our mountain pastures and steeped in organic extra-virgin olive oil.

We follow organic farming principles, use non-commercial heirloom varieties, and prioritize small-scale, hands-on production to create quality products with excellent flavor.
